Come to our next Esperanto coffee & conversation get-together!

We'll meet Sunday, April 26, at 2:00 pm, at Cosi, 301 Pennsylvania
Ave, SE (SE corner of 3rd & Pennsylvania, SE), Capitol Hill, on the
second floor. Look for the small Esperanto flag.

Beginners and intermediate speakers welcome. Bring anything else you
wish to study and/or discuss.

Our main topic of discussion will be the prospect of officially
inviting the national convention of E-USA (formerly ELNA) to
Washington for 2010 to celebrate the centennial of the legendary
Universal Congress of Esperanto in 1910 which Zamenhof himself
attended.  People with interest and ideas for this are especially
invited to come.

Soon we will have to make a decision on whether to officially invite
the convention.  If you cannot come to our meeting on April 26, please
(a) send me your opinion on whether we should do so, and (b) whether
you will be able to help organize the convention, and in what capacity
(e.g. help select and/or set up the convention HQ; organize activites;
etc).

Ni kunvenu dimanĉon, 26. aprilo, la 2-a ptm, kafejo Cosi, 301
Pennsylvania Ave, SE (ĉe la sudorienta angulo de 3rd & Pennsylvania,
SE), Kapitola Monteto, Vaŝintono, dua etaĝo. Serĉu la esperantan
flageton.

Komencantoj kaj progresintoj bonvenas. Kunprenu ion ajn alian kion vi
volas diskuti.

Nia ĉefa temo por diskutado estos la ideo oficiale inviti la landan
kongreson de E-USA (antaŭe ELNA) al Washington en 2010 por soleni la
centjariĝon de la famega Universala Kongreso de Esperanto en 1910 kiun
Zamenhof mem ĉeestis.  Homoj kun intereso kaj ideoj pri ĉi tio estas
precipe invitataj veni.

Baldaŭ ni devos fari decidon ĉu oficiale inviti la kongreson.  Se vi
ne povos veni al nia kunsido 26. aprilo, bonvole (a) sendu al mi vian
opinion pri ĉu ni invitu la kongreson aŭ ne, kaj (b) ĉu vi povos helpi
organizi la kongreson, kaj pri kiuj taskoj (ekz. helpi elekti kaj/aŭ
funkciigi la kongresejon; organizi agadojn; ktp).
