The anniversary of the birth of L. L. Zamenhof is celebrated in today's
Google Logo, which has replaced the "L" in "Google"
with a green flag.<br><br>
Zamenhof, born December 15, 1859, was the creator of Esperanto, a
constructed language designed to be used for international
communication.<br><br>
